By using Hello Gubby ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.

What We Provide

Hello Gubby is an AI-powered platform that handles voice calls, chat, and workflows to automate customer interactions for your business.

Your Account

• Provide accurate information when signing up

• Keep your login credentials secure

• You're responsible for all activity on your account

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance

• Fees are non-refundable

• Overage charges may apply if you exceed plan limits

• Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your billing period

Acceptable Use

Don't use the Platform for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Don't try to reverse engineer it, resell it, or mess with its systems.

AI Disclaimer

The Platform uses AI to handle interactions. AI can make mistakes. Hello Gubby is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Verify important information independently.

Voice Recording

Calls may be recorded for transcription and quality purposes. You're responsible for complying with call recording laws in your area and notifying callers when required.

Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services (calendars, CRMs, etc.). Your use of those integrations is subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are owned by Hello Gubby AI, Corp. You keep ownership of your data — we just use it to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Hello Gubby harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in British Columbia courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updates.
